OSX - SSL certification - “This certificate was signed by an untrusted issuer”

There is an issue on MAC's (OSX) where all of a sudden an SSL certificate will NOT be accepted by the computer. 

Follow the steps to resolve this issue. 

Step #1: Search for APP

Click on the top right search icon
-> Type 'Keychain Access'
-> Open this app

Alt you can open this app from Finder -> Applications

Step #2: KeyChain

After the "Keychain Access" app opens
-> Select Login (at the top)
-> Select Certificates (at the bottom)
-> Find any certificates that are expired (note the red X) and delete that certificate
-> Restart your computer and try to access the website again and you should not have any SSL warnings
